1. Who we are
This website is operated by Still & Paw, an independent online store run under a freelance permit issued in the United Arab Emirates ("Still & Paw", "we", "us"). The store is hosted by Shopify. Products are fulfilled by third-party partners from their warehouses. Contact us through our contact form.
2. Using this site
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refunds & help policy, Shipping policy and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order.
3. Products and information
We work to make every description, measurement and photo accurate, using the specifications our suppliers provide. Where a supplier doesn't publish a figure, we say so rather than guess. Supplier performance figures (such as battery life) are labelled as supplier figures. Colors can look different on different screens. Always supervise pets with new products. 4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Taxes are added at checkout where required. If a pricing error affects your order, we contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
5. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
6. Reviews and content you send us
By submitting a review, photo or message you confirm it is truthful and yours to share, and you allow us to display it on this site. We don't change the meaning of reviews and we never publish invented reviews.
7. Our content
The Still & Paw name, logo, text and page designs belong to us. Product photos are supplied by our fulfillment partners.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
