How a product gets in
- It solves one clear, everyday problem for pet owners.
- It's in stock in a warehouse near our customers, so it ships fast and without customs fees.
- We check what the same kind of item actually sells for at major retailers. If we can't offer a fair price, it's out.
- If a brand sells the identical item itself for less, it's out.
- If the supplier's spec sheet is empty or doesn't match its own photos, it's out, or we correct the listing.
Our photos
Our photos are the product photos supplied by our fulfillment partner and show the item you receive. Some show that same product with its background removed, on our own backgrounds. Only the background changes: we don't retouch, reshape or recolor the product.
3D models and AI scenes
Some pages show an interactive 3D model we built from the product's measurements and photos, so you can turn it and see its shape. It's a model, not a photo, and it's labelled. Any AI-assisted lifestyle scene is labelled too, and never changes the product itself.
What we removed
We remove supplier images that make claims we can't back up, like "ours vs ordinary" comparisons or health promises.
Numbers come from the spec sheet
Every size, capacity, battery figure and weight comes from the supplier's specification. Battery-life figures are the supplier's claims, and we label them that way. When a supplier doesn't publish a number, we say so.
About reviews
We're a new store, so we don't have customer reviews yet, and we won't fake or copy them. Reviews will appear as verified customers leave them.
