Orders & shipping

Where do you ship from?

From our fulfillment partner's warehouses, close to where our customers are. Shipping is free and tracked, and most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Why did my kit arrive in separate boxes?

Kit items ship from their own warehouse shelves, so they can arrive on different days. Each box has tracking.

Which countries do you ship to?

Checkout shows every destination we currently deliver to. We're adding more countries, so if yours isn't listed yet, tell us through the contact form.

Refunds & help

What if my order arrives damaged or broken?

Send your order number and a photo or short video through our contact form within 3 days of delivery. We refund it or send a replacement.

What if it's not right for my pet?

Tell us within 30 days of delivery what happened. We care about you and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Do I send the item back?

Please don't send anything back unless we ask you to. We'll tell you the next steps.

Products

Why don't you have reviews yet?

We're a new store. Many stores copy reviews from other sites; we won't. Every page shows real specs and who should skip the product. Once customers review us, their reviews appear on the product page.

Are your photos real?

They're the supplier's photos of the item you receive. Any AI-assisted scene or 3D model on our site is labelled. See how we pick and show products.

Will the ball launcher work for my big dog?

It's made for small and medium dogs and only takes balls 1.88–1.96 in (4.8–5 cm) wide. For large breeds, skip it.

Do you make these products?

No. We're an independent store. We pick products for real pet-owner problems, check the specs and market price, and ship through a fulfillment partner.
